Amber Pallister, ACA

Amber’s love of animals started at a young age with summers spent in Buckhorn where there are plenty of wild animals. She would see turtles, frogs and snakes daily which gave her a desire to learn more about them and other animals. This desire has stuck with Amber through her life and a few years ago she decided to make a big career change and pursue working in the animal field. Amber recently graduated from the Animal Care program at Durham College in the spring of 2016 and is now excited to be a part of the team at Oshawa Animal Hospital.
Aside from working, Amber loves to travel and has lived in England and Prague. She enjoys outdoor activities such as canoeing, rollerblading and walking. She also play ringette and ball hockey. When not doing all of this Amber enjoys just relaxing at home with her husband Patrick and their animal kids, Bramble and Diplo the tortoise.
